What is Reach and Wash?
The Reach and wash system allows windows to be cleaned while you're still standing on the ground, meaning no ladders. This also protects our safety and reduces the chance of property damage.
The reach and wash pole has soft bristles and jets to pump out our own manufactured Pure Water, which has no impurities and leaves the windows mark free .
Why do we use Pure Water?
We use Pure water as it's the best method to loosen up the dirt from the glass, acting as a magnet, so the flowing water can then wash away the dirt.
Not only that, this method doesn't require any harsh chemicals thus not damaging your property, garden or the environment! No chemicals also means no soap traces are left behind, which can't be reactivated if it rains leaving you with dirty windows.

Why are the windows left wet?
As we use pure water to clean windows, although they are wet, leaving them to dry naturally is the best solution in keeping the windows spotless.
This method works well as the water used is de-ionised, this means it evaporates away leaving no residue or white deposits.
Will I notice the difference straight away?
Yes! the purified water we use does a fantastic job at leaving the windows gleaming.
If the frames and windows are particularly dirty before the first clean, we will charge a little more to complete the initial wash to accommodate the extra time spent trying to remove all debris. Even though we try our best to remove everything it may be that some dirt still remains and trickles down the window after a couple hours. If this is the case, please get in touch to let us know and we will return as soon as possible to go over the windows again free of charge.
